Terms of Service

Welcome to Savya! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Savya website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Savya LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer

Savya is a lifestyle curation tool, not a medical or healthcare provider. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to scan menus and provide dining recommendations based on your stated preferences, health goals, and allergies. However, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any food, menu, ingredient list, or recommendation provided by the Service.
  • We cannot and do not guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur at any restaurant.
  • You assume full responsibility for your health and safety. You must independently verify ingredients, preparation methods, and safety protocols directly with restaurant staff before consuming any food or beverage.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or damages resulting from your reliance on the Service.

3. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance Policy

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, Savya enforces a strict policy regarding User-Generated Content ("UGC"). UGC includes any text, reviews, photos, profile information, or other materials you post, upload, or share within the Service.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have absolutely no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise offensive.

Reporting and Moderation: * Flagging Content: Users can flag any objectionable content directly within the app using the "Report" feature attached to UGC.

  • Blocking Users: Users can block abusive users immediately. Blocking a user will instantly hide all of their content from your feed and notify our moderation team.
  • Developer Action: Savya LLC actively monitors reports. We commit to acting on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
  • Enforcement: We reserve the right to instantly remove any offending content and permanently eject (ban) the user who provided it, without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models underlying the Service.
  • Input sensitive personal health information (e.g., medical records) beyond basic dietary preferences.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to process data and generate recommendations. You understand that AI is an evolving technology and outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party systems.

6. Intellectual Property

Savya LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its design, software, algorithms, branding, and "Organic Intelligence" aesthetic. You retain ownership of the data you input (such as menu photos), but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVYA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
